Hellraiser (film, 1987)

The character 'Uncle Frank' in hellraiser has make-up which the audience watches progress and grow. This was done using animatronics. The final make-up which is worm in most of the film was made using silicone prosthetics. To create a make-up similar to this I would have to study muscles closely to be able to sculpt something that would be convincing.
